I am not a healer,
I am a lover of vibrancy.

I‘m a choreographer, meeting contracted, frozen energies that are craving movement. I own an extra pair of ears that have been trained to listen to the sound of emotions instead of the sound of instruments.

I’m not here to perform secret miracles that change who you are - in fact, the first thing I would like to unlearn together is the conditioned belief that we need to change in order to become whole.

I desire to listen to you deeply,

...and by doing so, you‘ll remember how natural it feels to listen to yourself, how effortless it is to attune to your soul’s song.

You’ll remember your innate groove. It‘s been humming, drumming, and singing all along. You never fully forgot what the rich inner landscape of your abundant emotions sounds like. Your emotions are no flaws that need fixing - they‘re an orchestra playing music more beautiful than any prerecorded song could ever be.

Meet me
22.02_AnnaEcoLover-5899.jpg

I invite you to drop all performance.

I offer my hands to jump with you into the wide open field of no rehearsal, no screen play, no script, no roles. We open the stage for the most complex, breathtaking jam session that is your very existence.

During these embodied explorations, we‘ll discover what it feels like when your stuck energies are finally allowed to dance to your soul‘s tune again.

After all, this is what they‘re meant to be doing.

“To be alive in this beautiful, self-organizing universe – to participate in the dance of life with senses to perceive it, lungs that breathe it, organs that draw nourishment from it – is a wonder beyond words.”
